Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before the scheduled installation will receive a 95% refund.
• Cancellations made between 44 and 21 days before installation will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 20 days of the scheduled installation

• Materials Provided by HolidayDecorating.Net: When HolidayDecorating.Net supplies materials, decorations, or rental items for a project, additional cancellation conditions apply. Once the initial 24-hour cancellation period has expired and purchases or financial commitments have been made, refunds will be subject to the applicable supplier’s cancellation and return policies, including any nonrefundable purchases, return shipping costs, restocking fees, and other associated expenses. Any nonrecoverable costs will be deducted from refunds otherwise available under our standard cancellation policy, without duplicating charges already covered by our cancellation fees. These conditions apply to all materials and items sourced or purchased specifically for a client’s booking, including items intended for rental, subject to applicable law.
