Do you do outdoor decorating?

We only decorate outdoor stair rails, around front doors and wreaths that can be installed from inside. We do not install roof lights or decorate outdoor spaces that require the use of a ladder.

 

Do your packages include decorating my Christmas tree?

All our packages include us decorating your tree, however, if you prefer to do so with your family, we will provide you with some decorative bows, ribbon, or mesh, plus lights to tie your tree in with the rest of the space we decorate. If we buy a package from you, can we decorate our tree on our own?

Yes. If you prefer to decorate your tree with your family, we will provide you with some decorative bows, ribbon, or mesh, plus lights to tie your tree in with the rest of the space we decorate.

 

How do I measure the square footage of my home?

How long does it take to decorate a space?

The larger the space, the more time it takes. We would need to see your space before committing to a timeline. That said, we aim to complete most spaces within 1-2 days.

 

Do you decorate all types of properties?

At this time, we only decorate residential properties.

 

How soon should I book a service with you?

The holiday season is very short, and because of this, openings fill up quickly. You should book as soon as possible.

 

Will I be involved in the design process?

If you wish, yes. After your order has been placed, we can meet virtually (via Facetime, WhatsApp or Skype) for a one-hour session and we can discuss your design choices. Thereafter, you will be sent options to choose from when it comes to your ribbon print, tree skirt and throw pillows. If you do not want to be involved, we will make selections that best complement the design choices you made when placing your order.

 

Are your interior decorators certified?

Absolutely. Yes, we only employ Certifed Interior Decorator(s) to lead the decor installation at your home.

 

Will you take photos during our installation?

Yes. We will take photos of our work during and upon completion of our decorative installation. Those photos will not include residents, or your faces and we will not disclose the property address or your name publicly. The photos may be used on our website, social media, and for marketing and advertising materials in electronic or print format. We at www.holidaydecorating.net are responsible for the cost and publicity of those photographs. Please be advised that by signing up for our services you agree to these conditions.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

If your order is canceled within 24 hours, you will be refunded 100% of your purchase, 45 days or more before your installation, you will be refunded 95% of your purchase, if canceled between 44 and 21 days prior to your installation, you will be refunded 50% of your purchase. No refunds will be granted if an order is canceled within 20 days of installation.

 

What is your breakage policy?

Please be advised that broken, damaged, or missing items must be paid for. If at the end of your rental service any items are found to be broken, damaged, or missing, you will be charged in accordance with the price list here. By signing up for our rental service, you agree to pay for these items.
